Due to the poor weather, road conditions, and the forecast for things to not improve until later today, Northern Cass will be closed on Wednesday, March 1st. It will be a virtual day of learning. There will be no morning activities.

NOTE CHANGE : The BBB Region Play-In game will be THURSDAY, MARCH 2 in Lidgerwood at 7:00pm.

School will start on time, Friday, February 24th. We will pick up learners in our towns/communities at the regular pick-up times. (Reiles Acres, Richwood, Harwood, Argusville, Grandin, Gardner, Hunter, Arthur, Erie, Galesburg, and Page) Rural riders will get picked up and dropped off at the following locations: Grandin Fire Hall at 8:00 (Mrs. Dally) Erie at 7:25 (Mr. Kittleson) Arthur Mall at 7:45 (Mr. Kittleson) Harwood Community Center at 7:20 (Mr. Ukestad) Harwood Community Center at 8:00 (Mr. Gutknecht) Gardner Fire Hall at 8:00 (Mr. Lerew) Hunter Café at 8:15 (Mrs. Kaminsky driven by Mr. Margerum) Argusville Community Center at 7:45 (Mrs. Hanson) **Please contact your driver for drop off times

Due to the poor weather, road conditions & the forecast for things to worsen over night, Northern Cass will be closed on Thursday, February 23rd. It'll be a virtual day of learning. There will be no activities and/or practices.

Due to worsening weather and road conditions, Northern Cass will be dismissing at 1:00 p.m. today.  Buses will leave the school at 1:10.  We'll keep you updated on the plan for tomorrow including whether or not the BBB games will take place.  There will be no after school activities today. Learners attending the GBB regional game will not return to school today.

Due to the weather, all after school activities including wrestling, dance, music program practice, DI, Jag Time and the After School Program have been cancelled. There will still be BBB/GBB practice today, Tuesday, February 21st.

Due to poor road and weather conditions, Northern Cass will start school two hours late on Tuesday, February 21st. Buses will run only where able so please be in contact with your driver or the office if your roads are not safe or passable.

Elementary wrestling scheduled for tonight, February 14th at 5:45/6:30 have both been cancelled.

Due to the weather forecast predicted for tonight, February 14, the JV/V BBB v Barnes County North scheduled for 6:00/7:30 has been cancelled and will not be made up.

Tomorrow's breakfast (Friday, February 3) has been changed from Strawberry Bagel to Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bar.

Middle School Studio Expo will be held on Thursday, February 2nd from 1:30-3:00pm in the East and West gyms. We ask that visitors enter through the East doors instead of the South doors.

We willl be starting at 10:30 today, Friday, January 27th We will only be running buses on paved roads due to the significant drifting in the rural areas and on township roads. Please note: If you live in a rural area and can not get to a drop off spot in one or our communities (or a spot along a paved road, please notify the school and we will mark your learner absent but it will not count towards their missed days). We will pick up learners in our towns/communities as normal. Reiles Acres, Richwood, Harwood, Argusville, Grandin, Gardner, Hunter, Arthur, Erie, Galesburg, and Page will have normal pick-up in their community. Due to poor road conditions and drifting snow, Northern Cass will start school two hours late on Friday, January 27th. Buses will run two hours behind normal pick-up times. Please be prepared for the potential for no rural pick-up tomorrow. The rural township roads were in extremely poor condition this evening and travel was dangerous. We are considering (if we do have school) only pick-ups in our communities. Further information will be provided in the morning on pick-up times and locations. We will make a decision on whether we will hold school tomorrow by 6:30 a.m. at the latest. There will be no morning activities at Northern Cass tomorrow.

Cancellations after school TODAY - January 26th. There will be NO JV/V BBB games. There will be NO Afterschool Program for elementary learners and NO Jag Time for secondary learners. Practices will be held as usual
