Northern Cass Public School District is seeking an Assistant Principal who will work with grades PK-12 and assists the Secondary Principal, Elementary Principal, and Activities Director.  The successful candidate will work on an amazing team at one of the most innovative school districts in the country. Current enrollment is approximately 750 learners in grades PK-12. In October 2024, Northern Cass achieved Level 5 certification as a High Reliability School by Marzano.

The varsity coach is responsible for planning and developing the overall program across all grade levels. The coach is responsible to the director of activities and to administration according to established policies of the Northern Cass Board of Education and other regulations of the North Dakota High School Activities Association. Arrange for accurately marking and laying out all playing field lines and bases prior to each home contest. Set out bases, mounds, and prepare field, etc. before games and store securely after each game. Perform routine maintenance such as dragging the infield, raking, etc.

Esports is a rising global phenomenon where players engage in the world of competitive, organized, online gaming.  The coach will direct the development of this new program and will oversee the eSports varsity teams, special events, and associated programs. The coach will plan and implement all aspects of an eSports program from the recruitment and retention of qualified learner participants, and the administration of a competitive eSports program.

Northern Cass School District is seeking a Bus Driver for the 25-26 school year and beyond.

Bus drivers are paid $27.00 per hour for CDL/$26.50 for the Mini Bus and are guaranteed four hours per day (am and pm) as we simply need to increase our number of highly qualified drivers.
