Duties
Fulfill responsibilities assigned by the educator in charge.
Assist with the establishment of a positive school culture and climate.
Explain and enforce discipline rules as established by the administration, to learners.
Be a fair disciplinarian to learners in his/her charge, always keeping their best interest in mind.
Assist by tutoring learners in classroom or pull-out programming.
Assist with or oversee recess, breakfast, lunchroom, and other learner supervisions assigned by administration.
Care for sick or injured learners.
Adhere to school policies and procedures.
Maintain the confidentiality of learners and staff. Any information regarding learning center or school behavior, and/or personal information will be kept confidential and discussed only with the proper school personnel.

Must have a four year degree and a recommendation from a school District Administrator.
*Teaching degree not required but must be certified according to the North Dakota Standards and Practices Board.
Sub pay is $127.00 per day plus lunch.
Paraprofessional sub pay is $14.00 per hour plus lunch.
Kitchen Assistant sub pay is $14.00 per hour. Assistant would help with serving meals (typical hours would be 10:00am-2:00pm)
Sub Driver pay is $26.00 per hour
Could also include extra-curricular run/$26.00 per hour from the time you leave the school until you return (for miles requiring a CDL).
