Superintendent Position

Northern Cass Public School is seeking a highly qualified individual who is passionate about building trust and authentic relationships, with an emphasis on teaching and learning, acknowledging greatness, self-reflection and service to the Northern Cass school district. Applicants must be certified in North Dakota or be eligible to become certified. The successful candidate will assume responsibilities of the position on July 1, 2025. Salary negotiable depending upon experience and background.

Northern Cass Public School is located in rural Cass County, N.D. serving the communities of Arthur, Argusville, Grandin, Gardner, Hunter, and surrounding areas. Current enrollment is approximately 720 learners in grades PK-12. In October 2024, Northern Cass achieved Level 5 certification as a High Reliability School by Marzano.
