North Dakota Crop Improvement and Seed Association (NDCISA)

Deadline: February 15, 2020

Three (3) scholarships to the NDSUCollege of Agriculture for incoming freshmen. The amount of the scholarships is $1000 each.

Applicant shall be a resident of the state of North Dakota and attend a North Dakota school
Applicant and/or guardian shall be a member of their respective county Crop (Ag) Improvement Association


North Dakota Jaycee Senate Scholarship

Deadline: January 24th, 2020

Open to graduating seniors planning to attend a college or university

Must be a US Citizen

All applicants must be high school seniors and have applied to a college or university for admission in the Fall of 2020


Precision Inc.

Deadline: March 1, 2020

Applicant must be pursuing a career in Plumbing, Heating/Cooling (HVAC) or Electrical via Technical/Trade school training. Three (3) $500.00 scholarships. Applicant must write a 250-word essay in regard to their commitment and passion to the selected career path.

American Legion Auxiliary National Level Scholarships

Deadline: March 1, 2020

The American Legion Auxiliary sponsors one $2500 scholarship, two $5000 scholarships, and one $2000 scholarship on the National Level.


American Legion Auxiliary, Department of North Dakota, Past Presidents Parley

Deadline: April 1, 2020

Two, $500 scholarships each year. Scholarship may be used at a nursing school of the student’s choice. (Past Presidents Parley Grace Holmes, MD Nursing Scholarship and the Past Presidents Parley Nursing Scholarship).


American Legion Auxiliary Department of North Dakota – Education Program

Deadline: April 1, 2020

Scholarships of $300 are awarded to eligible students attending a college, university, or trade school in North Dakota.


Polar Communications Scholarships - John G. Walters Scholarship and Polar's Leadership Scholarship

• Five $1,000 John G. Walters Scholarships will be issued to graduating high school seniors from our service area who plan to continue their education at an accredited 2-year or 4-year college/university or vocational-technical school.

• One $2,000 Polar Leadership Scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior or college freshman or sophomore who demonstrates exemplary leadership qualities.

ELIGIBILITY: Each applicant must:

  • Be a graduating high school senior or college freshman or sophomore.
  • Parents or guardians must be Polar customers of voice or broadband Internet service.
  • Be accepted by an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school.
  • Have at least a C grade point average (GPA).
  • Express an interest to return to a rural community following graduation.

    Reuben T. Guenthner Scholarship

    Deadline: April 1, 2020

    The applicant must meet all the following requirements:

    • Be a graduating senior from a North Dakota high school in 2020.

  • Have completed one or more career and technical education courses between grades 9 and 12; (Career and Technical Education courses may be in any of the following programs: Agriculture Education, Business Education, Family and Consumer Sciences Education, Health Sciences Education, Information Technology Education, Marketing Education, Technology and Engineering Education, or Trade, Industry and Technical Education).
  • Enroll in a two-year North Dakota public postsecondary institution.
  • Enroll as a full-time student in a career and technical education program of two years or less.

    The North Dakota Stockmen’s Foundation (NDSF) is offering several scholarships in 2020

    Deadline: March 1, 2020

    The NDSF Legacy Scholarships are available to high school seniors, college freshmen, college sophomores or college juniors who have an interest in the beef cattle industry and are or will be studying any major at any college or university. Value: $500.

    The NDSF Endowment Scholarship is available to high school seniors, college freshmen, college sophomores or college juniors who are or will be studying a beef-related major at any accredited North Dakota college or university. Value: $500.

    The Jack and Vander Reich Memorial Endowment Scholarship is available to any high school senior who is planning to major in an agriculturally related discipline at any accredited college or university. Value: $750.

    • The Tokach Angus Ranch Memorial Scholarship is available to students who are or who will be studying an agriculturally related career at any accredited college or university. Preference will be given to students who have completed their bachelor's degree and who are pursuing a graduate education or professional school (i.e. veterinary or law school). Value: $500.
    • The Myron Wold Memorial Scholarships are available to students who are or who will be studying an agriculturally major at any accredited college or university. Value: $1,000.

    A student may apply for more than one scholarship if applicable, but separate applications must be submitted. Interested applicants can find more information and applications for each scholarship at www.ndstockmen.org
