The Northern Cass FFA Chapter is in its fifth year. We currently have 15 active members who participate in a variety of contests and activities throughout the school year. FFA is a great opportunity for students in grades 7th-12th who have an interest in agriculture! In September, many students attended the District Leadership competition where students competed in a variety of events, such as parliamentary procedure, speaking contests, and quiz events. Each month we hold a chapter meeting for all FFA members to attend. Each meeting has an informational portion with upcoming dates and events, followed by an activity. Beginning in January students will begin preparing for winter contests such as agronomy, agricultural sales, and small animal care.  Throughout the year, the Northern Cass FFA will be volunteering throughout the community. All of these activities promote the FFA mission to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.

The Northern Cass FFA Chapter is in its fourth year. We currently have 15 active members who participate in a variety of contests and activities throughout the school year. In September, many students attended the District Leadership competition where students competed in a variety of events, such as parliamentary procedure, speaking contests, and quiz events. Our officer team took home a silver award for their efforts in the highly competitive event of parliamentary procedure. Beginning in January students will begin preparing for winter contests such as agronomy, agricultural sales, and small animal care. The Northern Cass FFA will also be pursuing community improvement opportunities this spring. All of these activities promote the FFA mission to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
