Ms. Reichel

Ms. Reichel is the Northern Cass Director of Bands. She holds a Master's degree in Music Education from NDSU (2017) and a Bachelor of Music degree from UND (2008).  This is Ms. Reichel's third year at Northern Cass and tenth year teaching. Prior to coming to Northern Cass, she taught 5-12 Vocal and Instrumental Music at Finley-Sharon High School in Finley, ND and K-12 Music at Fairmount High School in Fairmount, ND.

Ms. Reichel is an active clarinet player, and most recently has been an active member of the Grand Forks City Band. She has studied with Professor Elizabeth Rheude, Dr. Paul Schimming and  Dr. Cassie Keogh. She also studied instrumental conducting with Dr. James Popejoy.
Ms. Reichel holds current membership to the National Association for Music Education (NAfME), North Dakota Music Educators Association (NDMEA), and the National Band Association (NBA).
Ms. Reichel lives in Fargo with her fiancé and their two Border Collies. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking ambitious recipes, reading everything she can get her hands on, checking bands off her "must see" list (most recently KISS in June), traveling, training and showing her dogs, and spending time at the lake with her family.
